University Human Resources Training has reached silver level certification. Staff sitting by the windows use natural lighting instead of turning on the overhead lights. The department has transferred 9 file cabinets of paper to digital files. Going forward, the files will only be electronic. Composting is in place in the kitchen and single use disposable kitchenware have been replaced with compostables. The department keeps decorations from parties to reuse. Several staff telecommute and walk to meetings on campus.
