Microbiome Core

The Microbiome Core offers microbial community profiling of bacteria and fungi, as well as whole-genome sequencing. Library generation can be carried out on samples from a variety of sources, including swabs, tissue, soil, microbial cultures, and fecal samples. The processing of high-throughput sample sets is automated, using epMotion liquid handlers. Libraries are sequenced on the Illumina MiSeq i100 platform.
