Banakis Hartl Lab

The overarching goal of the Banakis Hartl Lab’s research is to contribute to the improvement of management of hearing disorders. The is currently focusing on improving metrics of binaural function and examining the benefits of auditory devices for performance on tasks of binaural hearing, with particular attention to outcomes for individuals undergoing medical or surgical rehabilitation for single-sided deafness.
