Biochemistry Undergraduate Teaching Labs

In these labs we teach various techniques in biochemistry and life sciences involving biochemical methods. We use instrumentation that includes UV-Vis, Thermal cyclers, electrophoresis, etc. Some of our sustainability initiatives include strict adherence to freezer challenge goals, making use of the campus Lab Reuse program, and working with faculty and instructors that consumable use is in accord with pedagogical needs (minimize waste without sacrificing learning goals). {Originally certified platinum: April 11, 2013}
