Bursley Dining

Originally certified as platinum in March 2015, Bursley Dining has re-certified at the platinum level. Pre-consumer and post-consumer composting is managed by the dining staff. Sustainability is an agenda item every month at staff meetings. Over 60% of the staff are certified Planet Blue Ambassadors. Sustainability information is posted on the staff info boards and IT green printing information is next to the printers.
