Center for Respiratory Virus Research and Response

The Michigan Center for Respiratory Virus Research and Response brings together a group of scientists working on understanding of the spread, clinical characteristics and impact of respiratory infections, and elucidating the factors that affect transmission, prevention and control. Using laboratory and analytic tools, we work to develop and evaluate new and existing response strategies. We study several respiratory viruses, with primary focus on influenza, Covid-19 and RSV. {Originally certified gold 2013}
