Conference and Event Services - Baits/Eaton

Conference and Event Services at Baits-Eaton achieved platinum certification. Department members attending functions on Central Campus carpool in the department van. All department manuals, policies, forms, documents, etc have been moved from paper to electronic. The group is responsible for a tax seminar with over 500 participants annually and has tansitioned from binders to supplying the tax manuals on a flash drive. Two staff members are certified on Sustainable Event Practices and they have trained the team. Sustainability is often feature in the department Facts & Snacks quarterly presentation. Over 50% of staff are Planet Blue Ambassadors.
