Our laboratory concentrates on the discovery and functional characterization of human gene variants that play important roles in thrombosis and hemostasis. We start with screening experiments including GWAS, linkage and whole-genome sequencing in large human cohorts or mutagenesis library screens and then follow up with functional experiments focused on cellular, molecular or animal models. {Previously Certified Gold: August 17, 2017}
