Erb Institute

Originally certified as a gold workplace in 2013, the Erb Institute re-submitted a new self assessment and was able to improve their certification level from gold to platinum. Most staff have laptops that are shut down at the end of the day, therefore no monitors or desktop screens are left on overnight. Students carpool to community events. The department hosted a community potluck, announcing the suite composting initiative and providing training. 50% of the staff are certified Planet Blue Ambassadors.
