GI Clinical Translational Research Lab has advanced from bronze to silver level certification. The department composts and has removed all single use foodware and packets from the breakroom. Copy paper is at least 30% recycled content. The department replaced a single use coffee maker with a full pot coffee maker. 50% of staff are Planet Blue Ambassadors, there is a green team and staff use natural light and turn off lights whenever possible.
