Housing and Michigan Dining Administration

Housing and Michigan Dining Administration was originally certified in 2015 and has been re-certified platinum. The group uses bulk items, reusable dishware and is composting in the kitchen. The staff shut down computers when not in use and the printers default to double-sided. As part of the on-boarding process, new staff have attended a presentation on sustainability and become certified as Planet Blue Ambassadors. The staff of this department have encouraged all of the other Student Life units to become Sustainable Workplaces.
