LSA Political Science

The LSA Political Science department achieved platinum status. The department provides “conference room care” sheet that includes specific instructions on closing windows and turning off lights after use. The staff kitchen consists of only reusable dishes/silverware. The department has a dishwasher that cleans everything. LSA stores unneeded furniture and the department selects from that stock rather than buying new. The kitchen is stocked with bulk creamer and sugar instead of single-use disposable items. The building’s energy dashboard information is shared with staff. The default for multi-function copiers was changed to double-sided. Over 77% of the staff are Planet Blue Ambassadors.
