The Michigan Union U-go’s achieved platinum certification. They are composting coffee grounds and provide a container for customers to compost wood stir sticks and napkins. U-go’s supports local food by highlighting local products on their shelves, supports local farmers by selling produce in their stores during the growing season and supports student food programs by offering UMSFP t-shirts for sale in their stores. You can refill your reusable water bottle for free at their refill station.
