Microbiology and Immunology

The Department of Microbiology and Immunology has achieved platinum certification. Staff offer leftover food from events to others in the building to reduce food waste. They reduce travel by scheduling BlueJeans or other online meetings when appropriate. The office sends and stores all files digitally. The Green Team lead had moved from another department and sent an email to the former department to spread the word about Sustainable Workplace. Nearly 90% of staff are Planet Blue Ambassadors.
