Description
Originally certified in 2015 at the gold level, Office of Student Conflict Resolution has passed their previous level be achieving platinum level certification. Over 50% of the staff are certified Planet Blue Ambassadors. The department has transitioned from having desktop computers that are always plugged in to laptops/tablets that only need to be charged periodically. To reduce waste, they have switched to paperless staff meetings, use pitchers of water for meetings (even saving the water still in the pitcher and placing it in the fridge rather than dumping it out). Leftover food is also put in the fridge for people to enjoy for the rest of the week or sent home with student staff members. Everyone shares and uses reusable Keurig cups rather than the one-time use ones.
