Pierpont Catering

Originally certified at the Platinum level in 2015, Michigan Catering at Pierpont has completed the steps necessary for re-certification. Many peripheral electronics are on power-strips to turn off easily. Bags to hold ground coffee are reused as much as possible before moving on to new ones. Ordering is split up among staff so no two staff ever order the same thing and over purchasing is avoided. Staff is encouraged to idle trucks only when absolutely necessary.
