Prensner Lab

The Prensner lab is a part of the Chad Carr Pediatric Brain Tumor Center within the department of Pediatrics Hematology-Oncology. Our research focuses on RNA biology and the role it plays in cancer. By advancing our understanding of RNA biology, the lab explores new therapeutic techniques that could be applied clinically to help treat these patients battling brain cancer. In the Prensner Lab, we are mindful of the environmental impact that conducting research has, and we aim to take steps to minimize this impact while still maintaining research standards.
