Our lab is interested in investigating why the heart fails, and recently, how exercise protects the heart against failure. We use both mouse models and cell cultures to study the mechanisms involved in heart disease. From turning off equipment when not in use to recycling used writing utensils, our lab is committed to functioning more sustainably.
