Tall G Protein Lab

We work on G protein and GPCR signaling with a current focus on delineating the activation mechanism of the second largest GPCR class, Family B2 or adhesion GPCRs. Current efforts include using transgenic mice to evaluate physiological receptor activation hypotheses derived from our biochemical work.
