The Java Blu location has advanced to platinum certification. The cafe composts food scraps and coffee grounds. To-Go coffee service is provided in compostable ware. Computers are turned off at night. Over 50% of staff are certified Planet Blue Ambassadors. The green team keeps sustainability in mind.
