The Blu Café and Market

Originally certified in 2015, The Blue Café and Market (formerly Victors at the Hill) has completed the steps necessary to be re-certified platinum. The team has pre and post-consumer composting available. They turn off computers at the end of the workday. Equipment is only turned on when needed to reduce energy use. Items are bought in bulk and pallatized to limit the amount of trucks on campus. Staff take the bus or walk to on campus meetings. Over 50% of the staff (including student staff) are Planet Blue Ambassadors.
