UMMA Café

UMMA Café has advanced to platinum level certification. Staff only turn on half of the light switches in the back storage area. Composting is available for customers and signage is posted stating what can be composted and what cannot. Local food is purchased from vendors such as U-M campus farm. Only compostable paper products are used. Over 77% of staff are certified Planet Blue Ambassadors.
