University Activities Center

University Activities Center has earned platinum level Sustainable Workplace Certification. The department is located in the Michigan Union and uses natural daylight in rooms as much as possible. They routinely disconnect equipment that is not in use, choose double sided printing and eliminated the plastic water jugs in favor of using the refill station located on their floor. The department supports student group events and historically have produced a lot of paper flyers. They use digital signage in locations that support digital and continues to brainstorm ways to reduce their paper usage.
